How does a typical engagement begin?
It starts with a conversation about the business, not the content. We look at what you sell, who buys it and what needs to change. From there we scope the work and put a proposal in front of you.
Do you work on one-off campaigns as well as ongoing retainers?
Both. Some clients bring us a single launch, campaign or production; others hand us the marketing function month to month. Scope is agreed per engagement rather than forced into a package.
Can you produce content in Somali and English?
Yes. Copy, scripts and subtitling are produced in both, and we choose per audience rather than defaulting to one.
How do you measure campaign performance?
Against objectives agreed before the work starts. Depending on the engagement that means reach and engagement, enquiries and leads, and conversion where it can genuinely be tracked. We report what the numbers were, including when they disappoint.
Do you work outside Hargeisa?
We are based in Hargeisa and work with businesses across Somaliland. Production is arranged around location; strategy, design and campaign management work remotely without difficulty.
